- Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of racial discrimination in judgment of the capital punishment cases and also discusses the ways to solve that problem. It further presents a summary of the research that establishes the relation between death penalty and demographics of juror and defendant. It also mentions that White jurors has more tendency to sentence Black defendants to death.
