- Abstract
This document is a correspondence to the editor of the journal QJM: An International Journal of Medicine. The authors are responding to a study conducted by Chen et al. on suicidal ideation and associated risk factors among COVID-19 survivors in Wuhan, China. The authors raise concerns about the study, suggesting that additional factors such as medical conditions and family history should have been considered. They also highlight the potential impact of misinformation and the changing stigma of COVID-19 over time. The authors provide their own contributions and declare no conflicts of interest.
