The article presents a case study of a 65-year old woman who suffers from postmenoposal bleeding with complaints of mild chest pain and headache. It states that the emergency coronary angiography shows snapped aneurysm of the left posterior communicating artery (PCOM). Moreover, it notes that the patient was released and advised for beta-block therapy.
