- Abstract
The article focuses on how to prevent assignment of contract leases. Particular focus are given on a contract awarded by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to American Contract Properties (AGP), wherein the contract containing the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) has been leased to the U.S. Social Security Administration. It mentions that the contract was aimed at building a rentable office building in Houma, Louisiana.
