- Abstract
The article discusses the technology of crowdsourcing as an emerging solicitation technique for government procurements incorporated with unknown knowledge. It explores the challenges and solutions embodied in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) that allows technology transfer or technology development applications. It reveals that the types of modern technology in crowdsourcing directly feeds on labor mobility and synergies.
