- Abstract
The article offers information on the improvement in social involvement and quality of education for Roma people which lives in Central and Eastern Europe. It mentions the policy to civilize the gypsies given by the government of Transylvania and presents the views of children, parents and teachers towards the willing to teach Roma children. It also focuses on the after-school programmes project for improving the education system in Roma.
