- Abstract
The article focuses on the preliminary evaluation of the effectiveness of paracetamol-NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug) combinations in managing symptoms of upper and lower respiratory tract infections (URTIs and LRTIs) in primary care settings. It explores the relationship between the use of these combinations and the occurrence of respiratory-related hospitalization or death during a 60-day follow-up period using data from the Italian Health Search Database (HSD).
