- Abstract
The article focuses on the need for attorneys to recognize the importance of role social science in child custody decisions and how the mental health consultants needed the effective advocacy. Topics discussed include increment in the use of social science in making the legal decision-making for child custody in family law, need of choosing the right mental health experts and the importance of litigation education for the clients to provide parenting plan alternatives.
