- Abstract
In order to analyze the bacterial diversity of Zha-vegetable from the Xiantao region of Hubei Province, on the basis of isolation and identification of lactic acid bacteria by pure culture technology, bacterial diversity was analyzed by Illumina MiSeq high-throughput technology. The pure culture results showed that the 44 strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated belonged to Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, Weissella and Lactococcus. Among them, the L. plantarum and L. pentosus accounted for 40.91% and 34.09% of the total isolates, respectively. The Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing results showed that the dominant bacterial genera in Zha-vegetable mainly included Lactobacillus, Leuconostoc, Weissella, Pseudomonas and Enterobacter, with average relative contents of 85.03%, 3.31%, 1.68%, 1.50% and 1.05%, respectively. Therefore, the lactic acid bacteria in Zha-vegetable from Xiantao region had higher diversity, and the L. plantarum and L. pentosus were the main species.
