Correction to "Masking the transmembrane region of the amyloid β precursor protein as a safe means to lower amyloid β production".
- Abstract
This correction notice addresses an error in the placement of figure images in the paper titled "Masking the transmembrane region of the amyloid β precursor protein as a safe means to lower amyloid β production." The correct order of the figures and their corresponding legends are provided. Figure 1 illustrates the structure of the amyloid β precursor protein (APP) and the generation of amyloid β (Aβ). Figure 2 demonstrates the efficacy and selectivity of the amyloid β precursor protein occlusion peptide (APPOP) in reducing Aβ levels in vitro. Figure 3 presents the measurement of APP transmembrane domain (TMD) oligomerization. The authors apologize for the error.
