- Abstract
In order to meet the small size and low power dissipation requirements of the airborne display graphics generation system, this paper proposes a domestic graphics generation and processing scheme based on Loongson 2K1000. The solution uses 2K1000 as the core to build the hardware platform, which uses the internal central processing unit(CPU),graphics processing unit(GPU),display controller and external memory to achieve graphics calculation generation, double buffer display, and cooperates with domestic field programmable gate array(FPGA) to achieve graphics and external video overlay display and airborne communication bus expansion. The operating system software of this solution uses the domestic made ACoreOS for aviation,based on which the key graphics display driver, frame memory driver and display controller driver based on the ACore OS are designed. Experimental results show that when out puting 1 024 pixel×768 pixel resolution, the frame rate of typical airborne graphics reaches 35 frame/ s, and the overall power dissipation is about 10 W. The solution has strong scalability, low power dissipation, and meets real-time display requirements and will found wide applications in the field of airborne displays.
