- Abstract
The article discusses various issues related to politics and government in Ireland in 1993. The Programme for a Partnership Government was accepted by the coalition between Fianna Fáil and Labour. Several questions were raised about the future of various parties after the election in 1992. In addition, the government and the opposition were remained in conflict on most economic matters. Another serious issue was the stability of the government given the attacks of opposition on the competence of the government to solve financial crisis.
