- Abstract
This correction notice addresses errors in an article titled "Thousands of domestic and public supply wells face failure despite groundwater sustainability reform in California's Central Valley." The original article incorrectly stated that 53% of drinking groundwater wells would be affected by groundwater levels reaching minimum thresholds (MTs). The corrected version states that 30% of drinking groundwater wells would be impacted. The correction emphasizes the potential public health and wellness consequences, particularly for low-income and environmentally burdened residents. The original article has been corrected by the authors.
