- Abstract
The article explores litigation related to Equal Access Act (EAA) between 1990 and 2015 since the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Act. Topics include the history of the EAA, beginning with the court case Widmar v. Vincent which ushered in a renaissance of sorts in religious liberty, and the court case Mergens v. Westside Community Schools and later litigation involving the EAA in disputes over religious and non-religious clubs in K-12 schools.
