- Abstract
The article presents the study which examined the ecology of the disease called leishmaniasis in southern France, and tested the statistical reliability of 12 stations in monitoring the Leismania infantum vector species, Phlebotomus (P.) ariasi and P. perniciosus. Also examined is the dynamics of leishmaniasis outbreak due to climate change and agricultural-silvicultural modifications.
