- Abstract
The article presents a study that developed and examined nonfluorinated copolymerized polyimide (PI) thin films with ultralow dielectric constants. The researchers used Fourier transform infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and dynamic mechanical analysis to measure the structures and properties of the thin films. They found that excellent solubility was showed by all of the PI films in organic solvents.
