Topics discussed include innovative provisions of the Hague Principles, the Inter-American Convention on the Law Applicable to International Contracts, the Texas Supreme Court's judgment in case Sonat Exploration Co. v. Cudd Pressure Control Inc. dealing with the master service agreement.
