- Abstract
The article focuses several court cases on death penalty, arbitration agreements and mandatory minimum sentencing enhancement. The cases discussed include decision of Arkansas Supreme Court in the case Kelley v. Johnson on nondisclosure elements violate due process with three-drug protocol of death penalty, Cellular Sales of Missouri, LLC v. Nat'l Labor Relations Bd. on National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and U.S. Supreme Court's decision on Lockhart v. United States on minimum sentencing.
