The article focuses on potential for a secure and sustainable trade in energy between the U.S. and the European Union using Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). Topics discussed include providing viable export markets through free trade agreements; enactment of Energy Policy and Conservation Act, and National Environmental Policy Act for brining environmental sustainability; and obstacles to trade development.
