- Abstract
The article focuses on the debate on the balance between privacy and press freedom. It explores the issue of anonymity orders and super injunctions by domestic courts which necessitates a balance between two articles of the European Convention on Human Rights regarding respect for private and family life and freedom of expression. It discusses the decision in Mosley v United Kingdom, involving Max Mosley, the then president of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA).
