A speech about U.S. government tools for enforcing compliance with global copyright obligations, which was given by U.S. Library of Congress Copyright Office executive Maria Strong at the Kernochan Center Annual Symposium at Columbia Law School in New York, New York on October 14, 2016, is presented. American trade policy and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative are examined, along with the World Trade Organization and global intellectual property rights and dispute resolution.
