The article details how the advocacy of Patience Rogge helped in the restoration of the Port Townsend, Washington School District #50 School Library Media Specialist position. Rogge is a former Washington Library Association representative to the board of the Pacific Northwest Library Association. He investigated how the School Board reached the decision of eliminating the position. He explained the importance of the position and struggled to overturn the decision of the School Board and the Administration.
