- Abstract
An essay is presented on racial diversity in American law schools and the reported impacts that the Law School Admissions Test has on law school admissions decisions and minority applicants as of May 2014. The definition of "merit" in law school admissions is addressed, along with various alleged racial and ethnic disparities in law school admission testing. Job performance predictors and professional competence are mentioned, along with the authors' research into legal education in America.
