The article focuses on the case of a female young adult who was diagnosed with a right prehilar mass. During consultation, she said she experiences chest pain and dyspnea. Though resting arterial blood gas was normal, spirometry demonstrated moderate expiratory airflow orbstruction. An indistinct opacity just inferior to the right pulmonary hilum was shown in a chest radiograph.
