- Abstract
Teachers morality and ethos are the first standard to measure the quality of the construction of the teaching staff. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the research on teachers morality has gradually deepened around the teachers occupational morality, teachers professional morality and teachers professional ethics, the concept of teachers morality has been focused on professional morality and professional ethics, and the understanding of the fuzzy boundary of teachers morality has become more rational, giving teachers morality a new connotation with the characteristics of the times. It has deepened the analysis of the internal mechanism of teachers morality, such as teachers professional morality decision making, moral sensitivity and teachers professional ethics with different learning stages. It is emphasized that the cultivation of teachers morality should be based on the characteristics of the teachers professional stage and take into account both moral and normative orientations, the evaluation of teachers morality should be based on ethical justice and focus on developmental evaluation, and the governance of teachers morality should reaffirm the moral order and strengthen the legal thinking.
