- Abstract
The article explores the failure of the U.S. Supreme Court to properly apply and expand the continuing violations doctrine in the legal dispute between Lilly Ledbetter and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. over sex discrimination in the workplace. Ledbetter and her supporters are fighting against Goodyear due to claims that Ledbetter did not receive fair compensation during her tenure as an area manager of the company.
