- Abstract
The article presents the author's views regarding the treatment of enemy property with the introduction of a bill, H.R. 3672. He introduced the bill on November 15, 1943, that is being framed the legislation as the Settlement of War Claims Act of 1923. He states that the all enemies alien are interested in seized properties. The claimant who have suffered by action of enemies should be afforded to go into the federal court. He also concludes that the U.S. congress should provide an expert commission to advise congress for enemy property.
