- Abstract
The article presents the highlights of the Harvard University Forum organised by Canada's International Development Research Centre in Cambridge, Massachusetts in September 2003. Among the topics are the links between the diffusion of information and communication technologies (ICT) and poverty reduction in developing countries, how ICT can reduce the inequality across class, gender, and regions, and the importance of ICT governance and regulatory reform.
