- Abstract
Human resource planning is the process which determines the human resources required for the organization, in order to accomplish the organizational strategic goals. In other words, it is the process for planning human resources needed by the organization to plan and do their security strategy, based on the belief that staff and their potentials are the most important resource in the organization. Overall, the planning of human resources involves adaptation to long-term needs of the organization, no matter that in some cases, it includes some short-term needs of the organization. Monitoring, evaluation and correction of the plans is a process that is in direct relation to the operation of the organization it self. There is no possibility for prematurely anticipate situations in the operation, and for that purpose the process needs to be constantly monitored, making its evaluation and to bring solutions to correct the misplaced plans. This process does not involve the complete planning of human resources, the process is ongoing and will continue with daily operations of the organization.
