- Abstract
Fluoroolefin vinyl ether resin was used as the main film-forming material to reduce the surface energy of composites and hexamethylene diisocyanate was used to modify trisilanol POSS (3OH-POSS) as a curing agent. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, droplet shape analyzer, field emission scanning electron microscope, laser confocal microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer and differential scanning calorimetry were employed to characterize the composites. It was found that when the content of 3OH-POSS is 6 wt %, the contact angle and surface roughness value is 106° and 0.232 μm, respectively. With the increase of the 3OH-POSS content, the heat resistance and glass transition temperatures of the composite will continue to rise, and its tensile strength and elongation showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
