- Abstract
Taking 144 tea germplasm resources in Guizhou as materials, 68 EST-SSR markers were used to explore their genetic diversity, population structure and genetic differentiation. The results showed that 144 tea germplasm resources can be divided into 3 categories according to altitude range and species, Gro1 represents the Dachang tea population with an altitude of 1500 m or more, Gro2 represents the tea population with an altitude range of 1000-1300 m, and Gro3 represents the population with unobvious altitude and unobvious species. 144 tea tree germplasm resources are based on species, region, and altitude. The analysis of genetic diversity found that the population differentiation coefficient (Gst) was 0.0797, 0.0677, 0.0470, and the gene flow (Nm) was 5.7741, 6.8852, 10.1348, respectively, indicating that genetic variation exists between individuals within the population, and there are strong differences between different populations. Gene exchange. The greater the altitude gap, the farther the genetic distance, which indicates that altitude has an important influence on the classification of wild tea germplasm resources in Guizhou, and lays a foundation for further probing the evolution and distribution of tea germplasm resources in Guizhou.
