- Abstract
The article discusses the findings of research on the differences in the eating behavior of customers at Chinese buffet restaurants in order to determine the link between obesity and easily accessible food. The research found that patrons with low body mass index (BMI) were more likely to be seen using chopsticks compared with those who have higher BMI. Also stated is the tendency of low BMI customers to leave more food on their plate than those with either medium or high BMI.
