- Abstract
The article discusses medical expenses incurred as a result of automobile accidents and the impact of the Michigan Supreme Court's ruling in the 2011 case Krohn v. Home-Owners Insurance Company on insurance coverage for experimental medical procedures. Michigan's No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act is addressed, along with the reasonable necessity legal standard and the rights of individuals who are injured in automobile accidents. Legal precedents and driver Kevin Krohn's injuries are examined.
