- Abstract
The article focuses on a study concerning relationship between dietary consumption of citrus fruits and development of cutaneous melanoma. Topics discussed include positive relation between consumption of grapefruit and orange juice and increased risk of melanoma, negative impact of oranges and grape fruit consumption on melanoma risk and significance of oral Psoralen with UVA light radiation (PUVA) therapy for psoriasis treatment and its contribution to melanoma.
