- Abstract
The article discusses laws and cases related to corporal punishment, in loco parentis and student speech rights. Rulings on the cases Morse v. Frederick, Winterbottom v. Wright and Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District are discussed. Opinion of eight justices in the case "Morse V. Frederick" is presented, including Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Stephen Breyer.
