It discusses the concerns of pro-democracy groups regarding electoral fraud and the declining trajectory of Indonesia's democratization process. The article explores the factors associated with electoral fraud, including access to state resources and manipulation of electoral rules. It also highlights the systematic involvement of public and state actors in electoral fraud, such as the abuse of state institutions and the influence of political parties.
