- Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the judicial elections in Missouri. It states that judges are responsible for the decision of the cases based on the law and facts and based on their political beliefs or their self-interest. It also mentions the essences of politics which include the freedom of politicians to follow their political ambitions to serve interest groups, to show kindness to their campaign distributors and to perform based on their self-interest and political ideology.
