The article presents the empirical study of judicial hyperactivity in Federal Circuit. Topics discussed include that the court appeared to include judges from the judicial-hyperactivity continuum, activeness of Federal Circuit judges without prior patent law experience, and fulfilling of the U.S. Congress's goals in creating the Federal Circuit.
