- Abstract
Compares the role of the prostaglandins in the enhancement of interleukin-6 (IL-6) production by bacterial endotoxin (LPS) or fibrinogen degradation product D (FDP-E) in perfused mouse livers. Effect of indomethacin pretreatment on LPS- or FDP-D-stimulated in IL-6 production; Differences between the hepatic effects of endotoxin and fibrinogen degradation products.
