- Abstract
The author focuses on the viability of over-the-counter (OTC) access on birth control drugs. Topics discussed include the trend of training pharmacists in dispensing birth control in Oregon, California and Washington State since the implementation of Oregon House Bill 2879 in January 2016, the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists support for OTC access to birth control drugs, and risks of using oral contraceptives in an OTC therapy.
