- Title
Adolescents, the law and informed consent.
- Abstract
The article argues on informed consent for minor patients seeking certain obstetrics/gynaecologists services, including contraception, in the U.S. Topics include the number of states in the U.S. where all minors are explicitly allowed to consent to contraceptive services as of July 1, 2015 and a study by Paula J. Adams Hillard and colleagues which underscores the need for these adolescents to understand the specifics of their state's minor consent laws.
