- Abstract
The article presents a study that evaluates the derivatives and Pyranonigrins of Flavoglaucin produced by molds as potential tumor promoter used in fermented foods. It examines their tumor promotion inhibition through the Epstein-Barr virus. It also says that the two-stage carcinogenesis test conducted in the isodihydroauroglaucin inhibited mouse skin showed that the derivatives are anti-tumor promoters.
