- Abstract
The article presents a study which discusses the development of a functional high-throughput screening system for pathogen effectors in the yeast saccharomyces cerevisiae. Yeast inducible expression vector is being made and the advanced version of Tet-Off® system for yeast, combined with Gateway™ cloning technology, is adapted. It notes that the functional screening system is developed in yeast that consists of a Gateway™-compatible Tet-Off inducible expression vector.
