- Abstract
The article discusses the creation of a protein library consisting of 647 Arabidosis transcription factors (TF)s using a wheat cell-free protein production system. Binding assay of bZIP family proteins checked the quality of proteins in said library, which was then used in the screening of TFs binding to 5'-regulatory factors of both FLC and GBF1. In conclusion, GBF1 and MYB67 were indentified as binding factors, indicating the library sufficient for large-scale biochemical characterization.
