- Abstract
The article discusses the research on Vibrio anguillarum. The study focuses on the outer membrane vesicle (OMV) production in Vibrio anguillarum as a major generator of vibriosis developed during normal growth and come out in spherical vesicle fractions. The study reveals that the protein profile of OMV are the same with the outer membrane proteins, along with the 38-kDa major protein band. Moreover, it points out that the enzyme activity is evident in the OMVs.
