- Abstract
The article focuses on the contribution of gender and ethnoecology to the study of vulnerability to Ebola transmission from the forest among local peoples in the Mount Cameroon Region, with particular attention on gender, hunting practices and risk behaviour. It mentions about learned male and female behaviour that shape the opportunities that one is offered in life. It also mentions about the consumption of bat meat in the region.
