- Abstract
The article discusses a research study on the synthesis of a novel green fluorescent polymer for Fe 3+ (I) cations and its photophysical properties. Researchers synthezised the dye with intense green fluorescence then copolymerized with methyl methacrylate. Findings showed the stronger intensity of compound (I) compared with other metal cations in quenching tetrahydrofuran solution fluorescence intensity that it could serve as a new water pollution polymeric sensor.
