- Abstract
Early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer with sustained-release PC-2 was prepared in one step at low-temperature by using HPEG,AA,HEA,SMAS as raw materials, mecraptopropionic acid(MPA) as the chain transfer agent, initiated by H2O2 -Vc. The effects of AA content, SMAS content, HEA content on the sustained -release properties of early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer were analyzed. The optimum technology of synthesis were shown as follows: n (AA) :n (HPEG) : n (HEA) =4.25:1:4.38,the SMAS addition (based on the weight of HPEG), similarly hereinafter is 1.75%. Compared with ordinary early strength superplasticizer, the compressive strength of 1d is 99.2%,3d is 99.0% and 28d is 106.0%. The initial fluidity of cement paste could exceed 275 mm,exceed 315 mm after 0.5h and exceed 325 mm after 1.0h,when the HEA with sustainedrelease function was introduced. The results show that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has good fluidity and flow retention properties when the early strength property of the prepare PC-2 were basically unchanged after the introduction of HEA.
