- Abstract
The article discusses the theory of wolf pack activism in public companies and how to prevent it. Also cited are how said activism increases the voice of shareholders in corporate governance, the divergent theories on shareholder value and their impact on wolf pack views in company management, as well as the efforts by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to regulate wolf packs in the financial services industry.
