- Abstract
The process conditions of flash extraction of Arctium Lappa L.polysaccharides (ALPs) were optimized by response surface methodology, and its antioxidant activity was also analyzed. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were : solid--liquid ratio 1 : 40g/mL, extracted for 40s under 48V and extracted twice. Under the above conditions, the extraction rate reached 30.05% ± 1.23%. The results of antioxidant capacity of ALPs showed that its IC50 for DPPH ⋅ clearance, ⋅ OH clearance and total reducing power were 0.98±0.13 mg/mL, 3.55 ± 0.21mg/mL and 2.22±0.15mg/mL, respectively. This indicated that it had certain antioxidant activity, but weaker than VC. Infrared spectrum analysis showed that it had typical characteristic absorption peaks of polysaccharides. The results provide a basis for the efficient preparation of ALPs.
